Clayton does not build a home called the Ellie May, so I wouldn't know. There are several companies out there that do build one by that name though - if you want to email me (jeni.ware@claytonhomes.com) which floor plan you are most interested in, I can email you back with the home we would build that is most similar. was watching your 1st video on this house from 5 years ago and seems like you've now switched your mind about it? Is the quality now better than it used to be?
Well, you made me have to go back and watch it myself, but I honestly don't know what your referring to - I didn't Brenton anything about any quality changes. I will say here though that yes - or factories are continually improving quality where they can and codes change as well. Previous models would have been Energy Smart Certified, but this home is now built with an Energy Smart Zero Certification from the Department of Energy. I'm no social media phenom, but I think my skills in touring the home improved more than anything else! LOL
I'd want to delete some windows in the dining area and delete the open shelves in the kitchen in favor of full upper cabinets and also delete the Open shelves in the butler's Pantry and replace with upper cabinets. The wood burning fireplace I would want to have in traditional style with hearth. I'd like something other than this farmhouse white, do you have a video of the other style of interior decor treatment. I also would like the hallway desk deleted and make that a Hall closet.
