Well explained wilson, though I dont agree with the point that it will be helpful for OET/IELTS if we come in senior care visa.Our speaking skills will improve,but it will be very difficult to Clear all the other modules.when we are working for 40 hours a week,we hardly will get any time to study.And one thing you forget to mention is about the contract period that these care homes make with those people coming.Most of them have a 5 year contract , which make them treat the staff as their slaves. We both very well know what happened after the introduction of NOC rule in Oman 😀

In Residential homes mostly nurses won't be there, senior care nurses are the charge and Patients are almost stable with minimum assistance. Nursing home is another type of care home where we can see nurses to care with senior carers and care assistants..
