Actually Zordon didn't create most of the powers. The dino power coins and ninja coins were created by Ninjor. But Zordon did create the White Ranger, Zeo Morphers and Turbo Morphers in the second movie, and the space ranger powers and several weapons probably created with helps from the colony of KO-35 where Andros is from. And technically the morphers are just a means to access the universal morphing grid. In the boom comics and dino fury the "morphing masters" are the ones who created the "grid" where powers come from

It's a bit of a strange choice because we do see Zordon in a flashback before he was put in the tube and even though we don't really see his whole face we see enough of it to tell his skin color is not blue, I can't remember which episode of MMPR it was but I remember it took place during season one and was a Zack focused episode.
Man, I had a signed poster from the original yellow ranger when I was a kid. She was staying at the Hilton in Las Vegas where my mom has worked my whole life. Too bad I lost it, the lady who played the yellow ranger died shortly after that.
I don't this the writers of the show knew. He was either locked in an interdimentional prison, someone under the tube or someone who's a spirit in the tube. I think the comics have the Canon down though.
there was a episode of the old mmpr show where we see zordon out of the tube in a flashbach some thing about a plant i cant remember but it was only a from the back shot i think
Zordon always reminded me of the Great Oz, The Power Rangers would be like Dorothy & her friends in Oz, Rita the Wicked Witch, Goldar the Flying Monkey, The Command Center's viewing globe even resemble that of the Wicked Witch's viewing globe in the Wizard of Oz movie.
I stopped Watching MMPR at the Zeo season, but I was lucky to catch the episode when Zordon sacrifices himself. It was a nice send off to the series I loved so much.
wow. so, zordon spends some of his power on the green ranger to recharge his power. spends more energy to uprade the Zords. spends more energy to create zeo team and their weapons and zords. does it again with the turbo team. ONCE MORE with the space team. and still has enough power to kill off and purify Zed and Devatox and their minions after his own death. what a boss
As interesting as this is i can't help but wonder about the events that took place in the power rangers movie, the one with Ivan Ooze. I mean we saw Zordon near death there and his tube had been broken as well.
I'm not an expert, but I'm pretty sure the events of the first movie aren't considered canon. After all, season 3 had an alternate origin for the Ninja Megazord that completely ignored the movie, so I'm betting that anything related to Zordon from the movie doesn't count either.
I like the 2017 movie origin where Zordon was the leader of the Cenozoic era of power Rangers with Rita as the green ranger. It makes her having all that green Ranger gear make more sense (and it’s also where my Battle for the Grid main comes from)
My headcanon was that he was born Zoltar of Eltar and that 'Zordon' is a title derived from the Eltarish word for 'Forger of Zords'. (I say that because it's clear Zordon didn't invent Zords, since some are millions of years old.)
I think Zordon was the original White Mighty Morphin Power Ranger and, after Tommy lost the Green Ranger powers, Zordon reconfigured his White Power Coin for Tommy's use. I know i've got nothing to base that on, but I like the sound of it.
There is a theory that goes along with your thought. Titanus, the 7th white dino carrierzord was the only zord lacking a ranger to pilot it. It is believed that Titanus is Zordon's zord. Something happened to Zordon's coin that made it incompatible to transferring to another being. So to remedy that as you said, the coin created by Ninjor was modified for a new ranger.
Hmm we need a Power Rangers: Zero Year where it's about Zordon in humaniod form during the first great battle against Vile, and get to see how the space wizards do battle
I met the guy that played him at Louisiana Comic Con 2020 and in real word he was just like the guy we saw on TV; he just didn't look the guy on the TV. I remember saying that people that can point out true lander wound call him an true lander. Zordon was a Morphin Master, a wise mentor, a dear friend & a great hero. Who's Sacrifice saved the Universe from Forces of Evil. He shall be Remembered for all time as the Power Rangers Continue the Fight against such threats.
Zordon always described himself as a interdimensional being.. most likely a being of energy.. he probably lost his physical form battling rita.. hia powers were probably great and varied as an energy being.. and by the way, the melted ewok thing ftom turbo was pronounced lair-ah-go... the T is silent

clearly a small bit of the wisdom cuz the mentors are dumbass’s
Definitely not gosei
@@kylergrell3351 not Tommy, Cruger, Cam's dad or anyone before Samurai

This all made so much more sense when I was 6
RIP Space Uncle Phil 🙏🏽
Awesome video did not know many of the things mentioned. Definitely worth the watch.
How about Alpha 5? Also, when the Zeo Rangers first discover the Power Chamber, before actually finding the entrance to the Power Chamber. I noticed a box that had an Alpha robot in it, looking as if it was dismantled. Could that robot in the box be Alpha 4? Just something I noticed in the first episode of Power Rangers Zeo.
You know I just realised if those astronauts didn’t open that space dumpster on the moon. None of this shit would of ever happened.
Zedd would’ve returned anyway. So good thing they did or they would’ve been unprepared.
Great video, you only forgot to mention the Zordon/Gosei relationship I think
Yes true! Maybe that could make a good topic for a future video :)
As I get older, I look more and more like Zordon.
The first American green ranger is still my favorite of them all. I mean specifically the green ranger 😂 he ran through the power rangers like nothing, he literally jumped into their zord and beat them out of it and then proceeded to beat them down again.... Tommy was the first one with black air force energy in the power rangers. He would fight goldar mad times without armor 👀 fav ranger
This entire show is zordon and rita fighting over a 2000 year war.
6000 years ago a morphological been known as Ivan Ozze rule the world with unparalleled terror ~ Zordon of eltar
Glad RUclips recommended this video. Gave insight did not previously know. The Power Rangers officially to me when Zordon ended and this was a trip back through time as I got to watch from when the show started to that point (though not as much after Turbo).
I supported boom studios by getting the collector edition comics. I cannot wait to understand the BoomVerse and compare it to the Tommyverse( any ranger series linked by Tommy or a character from MMPR).
What are some of your favorite series? Top 5.
Also how would you place RPM, Dino Charge, Megaforce and dino fury into the multi verse, or main verse
I want to see just a origin movie just with zordon and rita.
A channel named yonderworks made a fan film called Zordon of Eltar and it was pretty good
They explained a little bit of it in the remake Power Rangers movie that came out a couple of years ago.
I just found this channel after watching a ton of nerdstalgic and I feel so compelled to watch more.
Zordon is actually blue skinned?! I'm a bit disappointed cause I was always expecting him to be actually based on Zyuranger's Barza
It's a bit of a strange choice because we do see Zordon in a flashback before he was put in the tube and even though we don't really see his whole face we see enough of it to tell his skin color is not blue, I can't remember which episode of MMPR it was but I remember it took place during season one and was a Zack focused episode.
@@buck342443 it was the one with the toad monster and kim and billy were made punks
The original Op music absolutely slapped 92baby
Always thought a MMPR PREQUEL movie would be cool.
Man, I had a signed poster from the original yellow ranger when I was a kid. She was staying at the Hilton in Las Vegas where my mom has worked my whole life. Too bad I lost it, the lady who played the yellow ranger died shortly after that.
My theory is that Zordon was the first Red Ranger(similar to the 2017 movie)
The OG and all time best PR Mentor throughout the entire franchise whether it's the TV series or comics! 😎👍🏻⚡⚡
I don't this the writers of the show knew.
He was either locked in an interdimentional prison, someone under the tube or someone who's a spirit in the tube.
I think the comics have the Canon down though.
He was a being caught in an interdimensional time warp is all I know from official canon.
@@AndyLifeInVideo Show wise it wasn't explained well as it switched between the three between a film and series, the comics do a better job.
The comics are PHENOMENAL
All hail BOOM!
It’s explained in the video...
there was a episode of the old mmpr show where we see zordon out of the tube in a flashbach some thing about a plant i cant remember but it was only a from the back shot i think
Sap from the singing squash
What happened to zordon? That's a good question.
He ded
Andros broke the glass to kill him so Zordon can rid the Earth of evil.
Definitely a video to do a follow up to, having seen what we saw - or heard - in Once & Always!
How come they were surprised that a guy named Master Vile was evil? It's as shocking as Speedy being a junkie.
his name literally is Evil. If you switch around the words
We need a power rangers R rating series
Zordon always reminded me of the Great Oz, The Power Rangers would be like Dorothy & her friends in Oz, Rita the Wicked Witch, Goldar the Flying Monkey, The Command Center's viewing globe even resemble that of the Wicked Witch's viewing globe in the Wizard of Oz movie.
Oh shit
I stopped Watching MMPR at the Zeo season, but I was lucky to catch the episode when Zordon sacrifices himself. It was a nice send off to the series I loved so much.
wow. so, zordon spends some of his power on the green ranger to recharge his power. spends more energy to uprade the Zords. spends more energy to create zeo team and their weapons and zords. does it again with the turbo team. ONCE MORE with the space team. and still has enough power to kill off and purify Zed and Devatox and their minions after his own death. what a boss
I personally liked what they did with Zordon in the 2017 movie. Where he was a Ranger and he's now leading the new generation of them.
Do you believe there was A Power Rangers team before Mighty Morphin? (Not Just Wild West)
Of course. The Aquitar Rangers had been active for a long time.
Crazy how Power Ranger has a deeper lore than what is shown in the show.
Well the show was geared towards kids so they couldn't go too deep with the lore since they needed to keep it simplified.
Can u make a vid explaining everything until intoo space
Loved brian cranston zordon from 2017. He was awesome. Still mad we didnt get more from that timeline.
He was attacked by this cosmic being named Ivan Ooze lol 🤣🤣🤣
Right...m.ruclips.net/video/8VzI2905mHY/видео.html
Greatvideo....enjoyed the background on zordon
I can't believe Tommy is gone. RIP JDF. Once a Ranger always a Ranger!
Wtf I had to check Google. RIP JDF
Seriously. Tommy was the first anti-hero I ever discovered, and I was in such awe of his arc even tho he wasn't my favorite ranger. RIP JDF.
I'm pretty sure you meant to say when you see zordon die
That's why they lose their powers he dies
I like the 2017 movie origin where Zordon was the leader of the Cenozoic era of power Rangers with Rita as the green ranger. It makes her having all that green Ranger gear make more sense (and it’s also where my Battle for the Grid main comes from)
What happen to ninja rangers
holy moly, didnt know there is so much lore behind the power rangers. very interesting
My headcanon was that he was born Zoltar of Eltar and that 'Zordon' is a title derived from the Eltarish word for 'Forger of Zords'.
(I say that because it's clear Zordon didn't invent Zords, since some are millions of years old.)
I guess Zords to the Power Rangers are like the Enterprise is to Captain Kirk. Over time they upgrade and sometimes replace their vehicles.
I think Zordon was the original White Mighty Morphin Power Ranger and, after Tommy lost the Green Ranger powers, Zordon reconfigured his White Power Coin for Tommy's use. I know i've got nothing to base that on, but I like the sound of it.
Uhmm dagger? Did you forget about him
There is a theory that goes along with your thought.
Lol I haven't watched the show since the mid 90s and you got me with this
"Master Vile" seems like a nice guy. lol
I met the guy that played him at Louisiana Comic Con 2020 and in real word he was just like the guy we saw on TV; he just didn't look the guy on the TV. I remember saying that people that can point out true lander wound call him an true lander. Since after all an true lander does 2 things insprice everyone to stand with them and do more if they cound.
Zordon was a Morphin Master, a wise mentor, a dear friend & a great hero. Who's Sacrifice saved the Universe from Forces of Evil. He shall be Remembered for all time as the Power Rangers Continue the Fight against such threats.
This was a nice little recap of the whole show I liked it I really enjoyed it
The series really should have ended after this. By continuing on, it only makes his sacrifice pointless.
No it doesn't
He returned Dorothy back to Kansas, and gave the scarecrow a brain, the Tin-man a heart, and The Lion some courage. Zordon is the Wizard of Oz!
Zordon always described himself as a interdimensional being.. most likely a being of energy.. he probably lost his physical form battling rita.. hia powers were probably great and varied as an energy being.. and by the way, the melted ewok thing ftom turbo was pronounced lair-ah-go... the T is silent
Great Video Very well explained 👍👍👍👍
Thanks 😊
That energy wave was no point and with zordon death of him should been the death of power rangers too lost in space should of been the last season Regardless of super Sentai
Totally agree
Peace is not permanent
Zordon got caught in one of those To Catch a Predator stings.
I always wished they made a prequel of our generation of power rangers explaining zordon
One of the saddest days of my childhood was when the space rangers VHS quit working. No idea how it happened.
Kept thinking Zordon was a chemo patient or Bulks Dad that refused to pay child support
