Thanks for the visit and story! That’s a cute little tamper you made! I saw that Grateful Dead flat cap for sale and I thought the colors were cool also. Looks good! Have a great rest of your weekend!
Nice visit with you, Willbilly!! Nice job on the tamper. I did not remember the 90210 reference. Enjoyed the story. I dont think I'd have stuck around that hainted house. 😂 Love the cap! I want to order from there. But I'll end up ordering too big or small and have to deal with a return. Thats the luck I have. 😊 Pinks Up 🤘
Thanks man! Haha, I didn’t think anyone would catch the 90210 reference😂. Yea, might have to return it but only once. Then you’d know your size for ever! 🤟🤟up!!
Mornin Will As always a great video and stop by Happy Halloween 🎃 👻 Pal a mine many years ago he was older than us, used to save up and go tour with the dead He told us many stories 😮
Wow…I would love to know how you made the tamper. I dont know anything about wood, or wood carving but I’m going to try it lol. Just because I literally just started a knife hobby and I like pipes so I’ve been wanting to carve stuff from wood with pocket knives so I can at least put my knives I buy to work instead of just looking at them lol
I used a wood lathe thats brand new to me. I just started shaving it (wood) down and thats sort of how it ended up. Just learning myself so really couldn’t say “how” I did it. 😂
Your intro always reminds me my Bushcraft is rusty. Used to be full time on the homestead. Lately, in this city I ended up in, I'm far removed from it. I'd better get back to it.
Some wood is toxic so if you’re looking to make something for a pipe related project best to look it up online. I looked up peach trees and it seems they are safe.

Excellent happy accident tamper. I really want to get a lathe.
I need to scour the woods and find some dead fall trees I can spin! Def check on one (lathe), I can tell this is going to be a lot of fun already! 👍
Halloween pipe video in January. That’s what Willbill would do. I never watched 90210. But I never missed an episode of 77 Sunset Strip 😂

@ yeah that’s what I, gonna do lol just try it and see what happened
I have read several books with syntax like that. Sometimes it flows other times it can be downright difficulty. 😂
@@PaladinPiper yea, flows better when I read it. But aloud is rather choppy. I tried my best haha! Love those old stories.👍

Yea, I just call it “whittlin” but yea, perishable skills go quick when ya don’t use them.
@WillBill1966 haha I dig a whittle sesh too. They intermingle a good bit. One skill, supports the other.
Nice sticker in the back
Thanks!😎👍
Can I use any branch or wood? What kinda of treatment do o need to use and also how to carve it out lol
