I took 30 oxycodone hcl 15 and I dissolve in a ounce of smart water and I poured it in my 16oz pint of quagen promethazine plain that I got from cvs and I lightly shook the pint so the oxycodone could mix in with the promethazine which potenated the oxycodone very well it was better than codeine.
