HCL , made in Germany, purses are sold at Nordstrom. Solds range from$20-$200.
Depends on style , looks like vintage ones do pretty well.
Some Whiting and Davis bags are made of silver ,some sell for a lot. The antique purses are very collectible.
I’ve been selling anything for over 45 years and mainly vintage gold jewellery. Don’t know why people think they know prices as you know your business. If anyone needs money in these hard times go around sales buy and flip. I have had many bargains over the years and my fav was an opal and diamond ring not stamped worth six grand that a jeweller said was fake Always get appraised 😊
The gold rings in the blue boxes. Miners used to make a piece of jewerly out of the first piece of gold they found. I have a small ring and hat pin. My great grandfather was a miner.

HCL is more expensive the MCM, it was consider better quality than MCM. When people were starting to take notice of MCM, HCL AND Fendi were price more in demand by for the wealthy. DO NOT SELL IT IN THE FLEA MARKET, GET it cleaned, and post it online. THAT IS A 850 PURSE, and the value increases based on the age.
I looked up HCL purse's, some are high priced.
21:20 those look like fresh water pearls as well. They are quite popular because they are real pearls, but not as expensive as sea pearls.

HCL is a company out of West Germany. It will go for $65 to $80 on eBay. I disagree on the Whiting and Davis. It is quite old. Whiting and Davis were known for their mesh purses and jewelry. They also made belts. It is a well-known brand and people still collect it.
