Not just a mall, it's like a warehouse. Businesses in small towns nearby can buy things here and resell them in town for modest profit. You don't need inventory or huge capital, just select things people need frequently. 🤣🤣🤣🤣.

Probably i would say Two Rivers is most hyped China Square was trending due to its fair prices and traders or rather say cartels in business didn't like the competition.

Uni City Mall is owned by Kenyatta University, it's a University Mall, thus Uni City.., China square have rented a space and became the anchor tenant, it went viral when people realized it was cheap and traders from Nairobi downtown who sell Chinese products started to complain, it went viral through media, after the complaints from traders and some politicians weighed in, the govt closed it, and it made news, Kenyans complained against closure, ranting on tweeter and facebook thus free advertisement, the news ran on all Kenyan media for awhile.., it's not influencers who made it famous no, guys just came in to vlog and ride on the trend..., the guys guiding u have misinformed u...,

@@brendakaunda2262 it is tweeter, facebook and media that publicized it across Kenya and not influencers per'se, they didn't hit the code, backlash from downtown traders and CS for Trade Moses Kuria, asking KU VC to close it attracted media, and boom, China square went viral. I am a communication professional, and I can analyse communication impact.., influencers did little in comparison.., China square is known as far as western Kenya and coast after media exposure coz of what was happening..., hope u understand
