Pretend you're bored
Pretend you're anything
Just to be adored
And what you need
Is what you get
Don't believe in fear
Don't believe in faith
Don't believe in anything
That you can't break
You stupid girl
You stupid girl
All you had you wasted
All you had you wasted
What drives you on
Can drive you mad
A million lies to sell yourself
Is all you ever had
Don't believe in love
Don't believe in hate
Don't believe in anything
That you can't waste
You stupid girl
You stupid girl
Can't believe you fake it
Can't believe you fake it
Don't believe in fear
Don't believe in pain
Don't believe in anyone
That you can't tame
You stupid girl
You stupid girl
All you had you wasted
All you had you wasted
You stupid girl
You stupid girl
Can't believe you fake it
Can't believe you fake it

@Rada 008 Yeah, good point
Reina!! Saw her a couple years ago in London, out of body experience for sure. Amazing band!
Nobody pretended in the Nineties, we were all angry.

Still am!
Still a fantastic tune after more two decades of its original release by the band
When music "was music" . . .
No musicians pushing boundaries any more its all frankly shit
There's still plenty of good music, all you got to do is to look around a little more.
Damn straight. I second that thought

Nailed iy
Shirley Manson is one of the all-time front ladies - great voice, sultry, delicious, piercing, interesting...then surround her with great musicians, Garbage is a fantastic band.

I have always loved her , she is amazing!!
Miss music like this so much!!!
This band was incredible and unfortunately underrated, despite the fact that their songs were masterpieces.
They sold a hell of a lot of records.

Shirley and the boys are still, without a doubt, one of the PREMIER rock bands of all time. I flew to Vegas [from S.F.] to see them for the first time many years back and I was stoked that they are even better live than recorded although their videos are also cosmic. I've seen them since a couple times and will def see them again if they do a show within flying distance!!
I haven't heard this song in MANY years...Brings back memories..
For a 1995 music video, looks amazing!! Those visuals god.
Little fact: This was directed by Samuel Bayer, the same guy who directed the video for Smells Like Teen Spirit
That's amazing and interesting fact! 🤗
Was that '95?? Alright! 😍
