What's really good about collecting unusual coins like this is that you haven't wasted your money. You still have your money's worth of coinage. I would prefer the money bags, as it would make it easier to re-bag those that were not collectible and bring them to the bank and change for fresh bags.

Is it the Olympic handover £2 you’re looking for? The London 2012 to Rio 2016? As I found one of these and it’s got half the dots missing around the queens head side and the edge writing is upside down to the queens head. I’ve got no idea what this means :-)

Yep very true haha! I like the sealed bags I dump all the coins into a coin counter anyway so I don't have to rebag them

how do you know what coins are worth what and what to look out for ?
I used to sell them. Good way to check is watch them on eBay auctions don't look at the buy it now's people put coins up for silly prices

No that's common it's just how they are minted
