I've also noticed, that after warm-up you start playing for a while, then you rest for a few minutes and after that you play again. Could you please explain why?

Very interesting video. Since you also often struggle with the (lower) back, it would be cool if you could make a video where you could show important physical exercises. I have also had problems with my lumbar spine and sacroiliac joint for years. Many greetings from Hessen.
