Top job Danny, looks great ratted out with the skull decals! Just one thing to point out, you kept calling it a roadster throughout the video when it's clearly a 3 window coupe lol.
I couldn't have had the heart to strip that nice gold from this model. I have a couple of the lurid green "Early Times" models I can strip instead. My spare blue will also be dipped, so I can make a nice "American Graffiti" yellow, like that of the one Paul LeMat drives in the movie. I still think this newer cast looks better than the older one, where normally it's the opposite way round. Love the steel effect on the front blower but the front end generally looks 100X better with the paint you have applied and those wheels are just superb. If I could get my hands on enough sets of RRs, I would probably do dozens more 32s and Boneshakers with real rubber if I had my way. Supreme effort!!! 👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌 PS, if you ever get a "beatup" one in the future, do a "roofchop" show version with folded canopy softroof and small roll bars behind each seat (like the AC Cobra has) by using a couple of bent paperclips, cos I used one on a HW Cobra that needed one replacing!
Looks great! Question about removing the chrome. Is it possible to mask the exhaust pipes before the NaOH dip to preserve the chrome pipes but remove chrome everywhere else? I've not tried it before, but thought it would look smashing sometime.
Danny, she’s beautiful very realistic nice, if only you would put that realism when you restore or customize, It would be really impressive for example panel lines! Nuff Said ! 😺
By my school there was a used car dealer and they had a 32 Ford exactly like that but it was orange with blue flames that dealership always had interesting cars once they had a Ferrari 360 Modena and they had a Dodge Viper 1999 and they had a Hummer H1
@@ViVidyeye Wow yeah cool I haven't actually ever seen them before i just googled them. I have a few Muscle Machines ones, they are similar but not as exaggerated. Was guna customize them at some point.
@@DannysDiecastDisasters I only have 2 but they are super cool, im sure youll make them topnotch :D Ill drop you an email then! Id sen you micro machines but they vanished :< Oh yees, im keen to see the muscle machines !
Very nice Danny, I like the small effect of thinning down some white over it, very convincing effect on that. I'm doing a Boneshaker in this style in a few days, hopefully it compliments yours well :D

There’s also a green version too, very awesome 🔥🤘🏻
Looks Amazing!!
a flatrod is actually a flatter version of a rat rod in case you were wondering.

Great job, man. I just subscribed. ✌
Gr8 job 👍
Nice use of the deck olds and vahhhnisshhh.
I'm not a rat Rod fan, but it is a nice work and a fine result. The rear wheels stack out of the body a bit to long.

Sodium hydroxide or NaOH
