NAMJOON called HÉR a guardain angel OF BTS. Because she was one of the people who told BangPD to get Jimin in the group.
Trainees won't get any so called "protection" when the staff don't find you good & suitable enough.. 😅
The amount of (solo-) "fans" who's getting so intimidated and scared as fuck, once Jimin will get the full support of the agency... 😅
Yes, Jimin achieved already this much without the help of the company!!!
    Even whith all that mistreat..!!!

@@RRLnext that's right, JIMIN was the best student during his years at modern dance school, he impressed his teachers with his skills and his ability to learn, you just have to listen to the interviews of his former dance teachers to understand that he was already distinguishing himself there. Jimin arrived in the group with this background as an excellent contemporary dancer and this allowed him to offer a dance mixing contemporary dance with that of kpop. He had to learn to let go of his contemporary dancer's automatisms for a totally different street dance, less graceful and less fluid, in that it is an achievement.
Hibe didn't help by regularly threatening to fire him and not giving him any singing lessons either while the others did. JIMIN must have displayed treasures of courage, strength and determination not to have slammed the door on this company with more than dubious methods.

This video is ai made, clearly.
But if you watch HYBE's inside T&D video series, RM meets with Mrs. Shin and they talk about the T&D team and what their job in HYBE is. T&D stands for Training and Development. Shin was one of the few who helped BTS. As Namjoon points out there were not many people on the team back then- only about 10 people which spread across 12+ trainees. Jimin, in 2012 when he joined the former BigHit Entertainment (now HYBE), struggled. He's also talked about this too. He only had Modern dance experience so he enrolled in the Hip hop dance academy that helped him learn more styles of dance (this is where he would have dance battles within the academy), he also had Hobi/J-Hope helping him too though.
He was going to be cut multiple times because they were not sure if he was a good fit for the group they were going for. Remember, BTS was going to be a hip hop group. Since they decided to add dancers and singers they had to dance in those hip hop styles plus his voice, they were not sure it would suit that style.. Jimin was doing well but he wasn't at the level they thought he should be at.
However, Mrs. Shin, and two others from the T&D team as well as the members of BTS knew Jimin could do it and he was a good fit. Taehyung is one of the members who spoke up for him, as he and Jimin are the same age, he even told Mr. Bang that he really wanted a same age friend in the group.
That's what they should have said in this video when talking about Mrs. Shin being one of the ones who helped keep Jimin in BTS. It was pre-debut/trainee day hardships, but Jimin proved himself in a very short time limit. (6 months with the group) And if not for Mrs. Shin and some of the others, Jimin might have been cut way before he could show that he was the right fit for the group.

@@ARMYnotArmyJimin already had a diploma from the Busan high school of arts AND he joined Just Dance academy way before Busan arts high school. And Jimin clearly has said that after he and Jhope met, Jhope did not talk to him for the next 6 months. And Jimin was doing just fine, literally the most versatile dancer and could belt those high notes with no vocal lessons. And they knew that otherwise he wouldn't have gotten lead vocalist and the main dancer positions - both important!

It’s his difference that made his strength, it was Jimin himself who said it.
Jimin is an incredibly gifted dancer, his background as a contemporary dancer was what allowed him to distinguish himself in this field. No one has his grace, flexibility and sensuality when Jimin dances, it's absolutely unique. Moreover, JIMIN is the only kpop artist to have received the medal of honor from the Minister of South Korea for his unique and magnificent dance.
And I also remember RM's words: "without Jimin, BTS would be a disaster", everything is said.
The years of modern dance practiced by JIMIN allowed him to shine on stage and as RM says so well : “JIMIN is the cornerstone around which the stage revolves”.

@@ARMYnotArmy v said that if Jimin left he would be alone, that's exactly what he said, he didn't want Jimin to leave so he wouldn't "be alone". It was above all RM who understood before the others that Jimin was an asset. And history has proven him right.
JIMIN was not a hip hop dancer and that's a good thing because it is JIMIN's singularity, his particular and inimitable way of dancing that allowed him to go to the top, to win all the competitions as : The best kpop dancer" for years and especially to receive a medal on merit by representatives of dance in Korea, the only one in the group to have had it. This information is extremely important and should be relayed everywhere.
