I heard in another video that actually you can equip weapons that use the same skills as the ones in the other stance. It does depend on the skill though. That means you have to test it out to see which legendary affixes for skills will stack and which ones won't. I run out of dust more than scrap. I was able to take my new weapons to level 7 and 8. I would never gamble for secondary items or jewelry because you will not get set items. That has never happened for anyone that I know of. I will only consider completing paragon trees when I have all of the nodes that are important to me. I will state it this way one plan is for PvP and the other is for PvE. I have only two PvE specs one is Treasure Hunter and will only be used when I am way behind server paragon. The other is Vanquisher which is for damage. Gladiator is for PvP. Below is how I spend points for PvP and PvE.

That system has been working for me just fine since I learned it from one of my shadow clan mates.
When I had more than enough to unlock inferno 1 I had the help of my shadow clan to carry me through it. When I did beat it I went from 799 to 803 paragon. I think what is happening is that you will still get paragon xp but it won't show on your character. You will have to look at what the expected paragon level is when you hit the spot that checks server paragon. The fact that inferno 3 doesn't say 1200 gets me to think that when the second half of the expansion that would be titled rebirth comes out next month we might get new inferno difficulties and paragon trees as well. Along with the new class and other things they have planned. That is unless it means that we won't be able to get better gear when we hit paragon 1100. I personally don't think that they would allow that to happen in a game that is all about character progression.
I had some players carry me through H8 Phangwrth, because I died as as I entered the battle lol, but I am finally in Inferno 1. Thanks to them .
For Crusaders, your Sacred Fire can both burn enemies AND throw flames far. The Bristle only just add an effect to Sacred Fire. The keyword is "also" in the legendary bonus.
Need to get to 14250 to have a chance, but no legendary upgrades outperform current legendary gear. Stuck at
13962 with an occasional 1 point increase every few sessions. It's a grind.
Happy you mentioned inferno wisp tip for using hèll level wisps. I had a bunch to convert rather that create set gear at hèll level.
You forgot to mention that Helliquary Gauntlet mode opens up with Inferno difficulty.
Hey echo do you think you could make a new video on the best way to move up from hell 3 to inferno for is new players just coming in. Should I go before 399 or after? I already have it unlocked because I am in a clan they helped unlock them for me
After Paragon 800, the next cap will move to 810. Depending on your Combat Rating, you are able to gather peeps to clear inferno 1 helliquary and unlock inferno 2. Although drops at inferno 2 is for paragon 900
I got the second weapon set in my armor at paragon 200 and the bracelet slots but now all my other characters are locked at paragon 99. I don't know what i did wrong and there is no articles about about this in the forums.
Also let your friends know if they push Challenge rifts they will gain massive amounts of exp not to mention the secondary upgrade scraps.

Note for Barbs if you equipped two essence that have wraith of bazerker cool down they counter act each other and your cool down will not stack and you will go from 12sec to 23sec cool down.
It's hard when you don't have a team to get thru the last boss on VI. You make it sound so simple to do.

Im disappointed, reviewd like 10 vids declared as guide, on how to unlock, and each and every says: well u get carried through, then klick there, yadayada... Im 799 (812) on a relatively new server. Big clans ofc unlock thair players, as they been 799 on patchday and got upgraded for free. Noone is giving his head to the potential competition. Id like to see a real guide on how to unlock this legit.
Okay so, i know I'm late but if there is someone wondering still i know how to get enought combat rating. You wanna create a warband if you don't have any and do castle of clyngar for that altar which even with a single weapon on it, if you upgrade the altar with warband activity points you'll be able to get some extra CR. Then, assuming you got the CR cap on your equipment you wanna grind the challenge rift to upgrade it, this is the point where things get very slow so be patient. Once you've reached a point where upgrading the equipment is unrealistic you should check your helliquiary and upgrade it as far as you can.

It is not true that you have to use the essence of a completely different for the 2 new unlock weapon slots. You just can't use 2 essence that conflict with each other, but you can use for instance an essence that increases the damage of a skill and then one that gives you increased moving speed for the same skill. These 2 will not conflict with each other and work very well.

So this description of the extra weapon slot essences isn't exaclty accurate. While it is true you can't modify the way a skill functions in 2 different ways, u CAN modify some features. So for example on monk I can't choose to make 7 sided strike burn with dragons indignation in 1 slot while freezing from ice on the blossom in the other; but I can use peerless conductor to inc dmg dealt by deadly reach and also use arc of the descendants to make enemies vulnerable. U kinda have to trial and error to be sure but basically u can't change the way a skill looks or functions but u can enhance it. For example it is always safe to increase duration, range, dmg, attack speed, cd reduction. The extra slot is to add some kind of utility or enhance its effectiveness. I'm enjoying using branding bond or traveling scold for pants on mystic strike, then adding shoulders for attack speed or dmg, and then using offhand that makes me invisible for 3 seconds much like DH smoke screen for pvp. The invisibility ends if u attack or take dmg but u can use it to sneak into the back lines for an ambush. It counts as beneficial effect so it can end up lasting longer than 3 sec especially with vithu, as well as proc gems like bottled hope or blessed pebble. This is my favorite part of the update, where before u had to choose between 2 great essences in many cases u can now utilize both or a multitude of interesting combinations. U could use 2 towards primary, 2 towards a team buff skill, 2 for a cc, 1 for a dash and 1 for main dmg skill or amy distribution that synergies your build like never before. Also helps getting gems in that u like but didn't feel u could justify using over the core choices that the majority of players make. It has helped create some diversity in a meta-heavy game 😊

Why did you buy from the vendor from the bottom 2 items. You dont get legs from those 2. Its only on weapons and main armor. So top 2

I can’t find enough players to help me get to the inferno level. All of the players who have beaten hell 8 routinely turn me down. So, I’ve been stuck at hell 8 for quite some time now.

Keep clicking the gold button. I have gotten some of my best gear from gambling. It specifies you may get... after spending large amounts.
It's my understanding you can't gamble set pieces only weapon and main

Secondary gambling is worthless because that's set items and you can't get set items from gambler. Just do armor and weapons
Ahh the problem with catch up mechanics... I'm sitting at 799 with 13 levels of normal gear (16 weapon) & 5s & 6s for my secondary gear...
could we cheat into the game by raiding HelliQuary with the Whales like you sir?
I am currently at 300 Paragon level and say if my forces were to combine with you in the Raid (with me just being on the side and you doing the hard work in defeting the moster :) ) I would be able to level up the Hell Level and maybe to Inferno and open the Secondary-Secondary Armor slots which may make my journey cruise through prior Hell Levels and effectively increase my ratings.
Not sure if I am thinking it right or would observe any challenges if we were to do this?
Inferno won't open for u until u reach P800 so there's no point in completing Phang H8 until 790s. Echo is no whale btw 😅

You can raise your Paragon lvl a lot by soloing challenge rifts, as high as you can, at every opportunity. As soon as you boost your CR, go back into the challenge rifts and best the next ones, as high as you can.
Also, you don't have to do every challenge rift one by one. You can often skip several at a time. You'll still get all the rewards mailed to you.

Not true about the stacking main hand and off-hand. It does stack and ONLY stacks if the items do not change the way the skill works as in fire to ice or both items changing the skill entirely. You can stack damage and CC items.
These types of videos are really helpful for the casual player.
