I had a question , so do you click photos of still life objects and then paint them ?
Sometimes I do especially when I am traveling or when I go to a new place. For tutorials, however, I use copyright-free images. 🎨

Hi Cheryl... I really love your painting style... I want to try this but I don't have sap grren, oxide green and lemon yellow... Can you suggest their replacement colours?
Hi Ruchi, thank you for your comment. For the sap green, you can use phthalo green instead or just mix blue and yellow to achieve the green color. For the green oxide, you can mix yellow plus black (yes black!). Just add more yellow or black as may be necessary. For the lemon yellow, you can use cadmium yellow or mid yellow instead.
