Thank you for that great tour!! I like the way you bought us into the whole set up as well as the roof tour! indeed you are very lucky to have that location to set up a fancy place there. It's not every day you can score a place like that to equipped what you need or would like to have there in your repeaters! Nice job in your club repeater location & thank you for your sharing it with us!!
Hi Kyle - excellent tour and machines (very new fashion ) on the repeater site at ST LOUIS. Congratulations for you job showed here. I fave been keeping the repeater ON in Brazil on air for 30 years. PY2FI - campinas SP Brazil.
Thanks for the great tour. It's always interesting to see other club's repeater setups. However, your club could have saved some money by just using a box of Lucky Charms for the 2m antenna:)
I am looking to have my own repeater. Your repeater look very nice, but is there a cleaner way to do this without the external componets more of a contained system.
Yes, the fan wasn't spinning on the left power supply because it had no power, but the right fan wasn't spinning either, and it had power. I forgot that the fans only kick on when they are needed. Later in the video you see the fan was running on the right power supply.
I know this is an older video, but that was pretty sweet! Thanks for taking us along, I enjoyed that !

Thankyou so much for a comprehensive tour of your repeater site. I have added your repeater to my Echo Link favorites!
You're welcome.
Thanks for the tour!
Awesome overview! And that room brings back memories, used to work in that building 1997-2001.
What did you do in that building?
@@AA0Z The good old days of PaylinX and Cybersource. They were gonna power the internet bubble for volume credit card processing.
Always love watching repeater site videos.
Thanks for the view and comment
Hi Kyle,
Thanks for the run through. That's quite a repeater setup. Stay safe. WJ3U
Thanks Don. Glad you liked it.
Great tour Kyle! thanks for bringing us along
Thanks for viewing Rob.

Nice Tour!
Absolutely fascinating stuff man.
Thanks.
Thanks Kyle for the tour. What a setup up. Like seeing the stuff on Allstar. de W0HL Nevada, MO
Allstar has opened quite a few doors for us. We ditched IRLP and haven't looked back.
Great tour of the setup, I have never seen a setup like that yet.
That is our largest repeater cabinet out of the 5 we maintain.
There was a glitch in the beginning of the video….
We weren’t able to see the lock combo… 😉
Seriously.. nice tour. Thanks!

Brahhhhhhhhhhh!
Awesome video! This is why hams should design public safety systems! Illinois sux!
Very interesting video Kyle. I know what it's like working in a plant room on repeaters, get's annoyingly noisy.

DR2X has two mobile base inside
Any way you give help and guidance on you running FM only with the CAT Controller?
I picked up a dr2x a while back, have yet to get it on the air yet. Is the external controller necessary?
No external controller necessary.
You should link all of the repeaters 144 to 220 to 440
there was no 120V plug in the one PS with the fan not spinning

cool setup. cable management needs some work.
Dude no adaptors on coax
You need to read up on adapters.
What a mess. Cheep ass LMR coax cables.
What type of coax would you recommend?
@@VTXHobbies
