I’ve had majority of my holdings of about $2m in tech stocks and irrespective of market changes, I’ve done pretty well especially with apple’s P/E(price to earnings ratio) gaining over 30% this past decade, now my questions is what stocks do you think will be the next apple in terms of growth for the next decade.
How can one get a decent investment advisor? I wouldn’t mind getting in touch with yours. In few years I will retire and my portfolio will definitely need some management.

There are lots of mixed opinions about stocks and there projection in the next coming years, I aim for short term solid gains from market correction and I'd definitely jump on the boat if I knew a thing or two about day-trading, but then again what do I really know? I'm just looking for the right moves to grow and hedge my stagnant reserve of $370k from inflation.
it's all hype! best to ignore the trend at the moment whether bullish or bearish, and stick to a proper trading plan preferably with expertise assistance.
Yeah, more reason I enjoy my day to day market decisions is that i'm being guided by a portfolio-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time, both employing profit-oriented strategy and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downtrends, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis, it's quite impossible not to outperform. Yep cuz that's where I'm at: I use instacart regularly, but just over the last month or so I've been thinking it's smarter to just go to the store when considering the cost of fees and tops that add up, the convenience isn't really that attractive anymore.
Convenience is quite lazy.
@queenconscious How is convenience laziness when people use the service, to save time for other things. Most people used it during the shutdown. I'm a shopper for Shipt. Using those services are not lazy! Some people have sick kids at home, or they are sick themselves. Some are old people that no longer have energy to shop and do self checkout. Some are college students with no cars freshman year. And with no cars it saves some money due to the price of ubering to a store and back. Convenience is convenience not laziness. It's time for some of us to change our mindset when it comes to building the economy. We may have to stop thinking that because we walked ten years to school the next generation has too as well. You can get more done using services and help the economy.

My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless. I’ve only ever saved($510,000), never invested but want to start.

I used to think every investor lose out during recession, meanwhile some make millions. I also thought everybody went out of business during the great depression, but some went into business. Bottom line, there's always depression for some, and profit for others, it all starts from having the right mindset. That said, I've set asides $250k to invest for future, unfortunately I'm a complete noob.
