I did the flash cards with my baby and it works wonder! He knows more than 30 words before he was 16 months. Thank you so much
I've just started with the flash cards, Did you teach a few words at a time? Show him a couple cards at a time ? In what way did you teach please
i did flash card and reading most of the times but still nothing. not even one words except crying time

I Try to help her say words but can’t get her attention I just don’t know how to go about it I guess. All my kids are in their 30s and 40s and I don’t remember how or when they start to talk. this is a great video. as a mother of two boys, one who is high functioning autistic, and my second was speech delayed but now he has articulation and this video is very accurate on starting speech therapy. my 20 month old is doing speech therapy and this is how her therapist starts also.

Staying Kingdom Minded can these puzzles be helpful for 4 years old child? My child reads English alphabet math 1-15 some animal sounds but he doesn’t say complete sentence for example if she wants milk 🥛 she says only milk. What can help her to focus reading because he runs away after five minutes of reading books and stories and speak. I did not take her speech therapist because i don’t want them to label my daughter autistic. Doctors label the children special need child easily in my state.

My daughter is 15 month old .she have partial agenesis of the corpus callosum and splenium of the posterior body. Earlier she use to speak Papa dada Tata but from past one month she is not speaking a word what would be the reason . She doesn't give any response if anyone call her. What would be the reason?

My son is 28 months he understand everything but speak less ,only maa papa thatha some words remain no speak sentence. I'm so worry about him pls help me.
@@vishalab6788 check the blog page in www.makeitspec.com for tips and take up free online and message activities ... is he following simple instructions? he is pointing towards objects? smiles and doesn any sign language on what he wants? if yes for all yes ....dont worry just follow the tips in that blog ,reduce screen time and keep talking to him. let us know if you need any help...

Thank you very much that's exactly what I was looking for. my boy is 15 months and not talking. just starting towalk 10 steps. he is pointing objects and body parts out but not saying anything except lots of Babel.
Mines too. She's almost 19 months and just a lot of babbling. I feel like I'm doing something wrong. If she wants anything she grabs my hand and takes me to the thing she wants. Controller, bottle, outside (the door)
@@stephanieann133 Better than my 20 month old. She wants something she just tries to get it herself and quits if she can't. Doesn't make any indication to me.

Is your brother able to function and speak normally now?
I wish I saw this video for my daughter she’s 3 now but from 12 months to 2.5 she was speech delayed. Now her brother who’s 16 months is also I going to work with him now so he doesn’t have a hard time like his sister. Thank you for this video.
wkarneh how did you get your 3 year old to start talking when she wasn’t talking? I have a two year old that is speak delay.
Alfreda Gayflor honestly her being around other children must have helped her. She started daycare at 1.5 and she could say hi, bye, no, mommy and daddy. When she started the daycare which was private owned. She started saying her abc knew her colors shapes and could count to 10 bye the time she was 2. There were about 5 children and the lady that owned it was very hands on with the children. Before she started the daycare she was at home with her grandma played, slept and ate. Sorry I couldn’t be much help.
@@itzyata thank you so much for your answer. It helped me alot. My baby is 18 months and she only says thos words that you mentioned. I'm going to try to work with her more at home but I think she needs to be around other kids and with COVID? I don't think so.

Patricia god bless you. We’re learning a lot from your videos. Our son has a speech delay and honestly after watching this I’m starting to realize parenting and how and in which order we teach our children plays a critical role in their development. It’s easy to say a child has a speech delay but not once do we think it could be in how we’re teaching them. Amazing advice thank you again

So many parents ignoring their kids these days. I am a daycare provider and more and more it is my job to teach kids to talk. They are with me 10 hours a day and with their parents for roughly 2. Parents just spend time making eye contact and talking to your baby all day!!

Hi Patricia, thanks for this video. I was wondering what I should do if my child just wants to snatch all the cards, puzzles and toys. I find that he just takes the items off me and want to play with it by himself. My child is almost 14months.

My grandson is 2, he is very smart, puts all those puzzles together, knows what they are when you ask him, knows everything you ask him, he doesnt have a hearing problem, he just wont talk, we have tried everything, whats next
