I don't understand why a Ryu player, after a takedown, would rather invoke Denjin Charge than try to play in a better field position or sutain a pressure, especially against Ken. In every situation, Denjin Charge turned into a defended Hadouken.
You're right, he used his kick way too much to reset the neutral, all that for a denjin charge into hadouken. Not always a bad thing but he used it when he could just tatsu into corner then oki, which is weird...
@@dr.indianajones9558 A bit harsh. Daigo can still finish top 32, even top 16. Ryu is not as strong as Ken but the difference is not that big head to head. Probably closer to 5:5 than 4:6. And rank stats show that.
@@dr.indianajones9558 Why dont you check Daigo's SF6 tournament record. He has finished as high as 4th and no lower than 65th-96th. He finished 9-12 in the France CPT this November and in Gamer8s. And check the matchups of Ken vs Ryu. It is 49% vs 51% across all 1750 MR+ Master Rank battles.
@@dr.indianajones9558 He finished top 16 3x times. How many events do you think he has entered and how many SF6 events have there been since release? I don't need to "think" about it. I use empirical and objective facts. Not a "tier list" from a player that often plays down their own user and exagerates against those they have problems with. Remember when Blanka was rated low until Menard proved otherwise (and rank matches stat)? The match up in Rank matches includes most if not all top world players (AB being the obvious exception) - including Kekaru, Menard, Tokido, Punk, etc.
@@CarlosVi11arina Maybe he is new in SF and he is angry because many guys say Daigo is the GOAT.Daigo is not the old Daigo but he is still a great player i still remember what he did in the past he was the big boss
1:21 was magnificent! :D

@@dr.indianajones9558 No to what? Daigo? Ken vs Ryu?
Ryu not bad but he is very basic and easy to deal with. But Diego is washed up and old af he can barely see without his reading glasses
