Congratulations. You demonstrate the rewards of hard work and thinking out of the square. I used to travel Australia opening stores for a retailer (3 stores to 80 before i left) living out of a suitcase as part of a store opening Team working with shop fitters. Good times when i was yourng with no Family and everything paid for. Saved a lot of money and invested it including property. Have fun !
What a breath of fresh air you are. ❤ We have been on road 5 years in January and can relate, except for the kids we are well past that. We find now we like to work a heap and then set off again. We will work caravan parks and I get heaps construction work so at moment we are in Hervey Bay for a contract and then back to WA for another look around as we spent 14 months there over COVID time was the best place to be. Good luck with it all, you have your heads in the right place and seeing some great places, the kids will remember this for their life time. Love that there’s not a water filter in sight. 😉 keeping it real.

Just subscribed and enjoyed the video. I wish I had done this when I was younger, I’m waiting for my husband to hurry up and decide what tow vehicle he wants to buy, I’ve picked out the van but need a bigger vehicle to tow it! I wonder what my life would have been like if I’d done what you’re doing sooner! Well done guys!
@@That_Girl_7_11 Thanks Team! Don’t waste anymore time get out there! We want to do a video on how to convince your spouse to travel as I had to do that with Amy at the beginning 😂
@@_The_Bell_Family Thanks for the reply. I’m 63 in 2 days and just want to do it, I’m still working but feel like there’s more to life than this. I would love to have a set up like yours, it’s not that I want to travel full time just maybe 8 weeks at a time at the moment then come back home for a while before going off again. Eventually I’d like to be away for months at a time to enjoy fishing and relaxing. I guess I’m going to have to wait a bit longer.

That was very interesting well done. When you stop for your “work time" do you buy a small car to get around ? The truck would be a bit awkward when you are parked up in a city for a few months. I’ve also liked & subbed. 😀👍
@@wiljensadventures4425 Cheers mate 🍻 appreciate the support!! No, we have toyed with the idea a few times but my stints tend to only last 4-5 weeks and would be a pain to off load. We like to bail out of the cities asap when the job finishes 😂 We are used to the truck in the cities now plus it’s real handy for my work as I can still carry materials and tools in it.
Thanks for the reply. Guess I am just curious about the logistics of your work/life balance. It’s great you are all just out there making it happen. Nearly time to for us to get travelling again. We had 7 years off travelling Aus and the world, but covid policies messed up our plans so we have been back at work for 2.5years. I can relate to your journey to some degree, in 2001 the wife and I spent 6 months with our 3 young kids travelling Aus in a 60 series Landcruiser towing a soft floor camper trailer. The now adult kids have lots of good memories of that journey. Keep up the good work.
@@MarketingStrategies28 Keep telling yourself that you’ll be on the sidelines your whole life. Even if they did I’ll just go back doing what I’ve always done working hard and start again or better yet I’ll most likely be able to weather the storm with our cashflow. No point worrying about something that you can’t control.
@@MarketingStrategies28 what’s going to cause this? Even in the Great Depression housing prices didn’t drop 80%. I’ll take my chances. There’s definitely room for a correction which I think is very possible but 80% highly unlikely given only 37% of Aussie property has debt on it.
@_The_Bell_Family No it doesn't correct. This will be bigger than 1929. Dump the houses and put the profits into silver. Silver will pass gold.
