  • Beware of The Leaven - Judah? What is the Passover and Week of ‘Unleavened Bread’ really all about? What was the leaven of the Pharisees? Do traditions equal His Truth? What are the physical and spiritual consequences of leaven in the house? Let's explore the weightier matter of this Appointed Time, and what it could mean for His people as we come to the end of this Age.

I study deep and sometimes don't pop up for years... because Babylon is so gagging... I have fought with all my pastors and Rabbis throughout the years since I was 6, I am 48 now...my prayers have been for 42 years that this generation will read the Torah and speak in Spirit and in Truth...thank you for loving obedience

You addressed a couple of things about the Passover meal that has bothered me. Plenty of leaven still to clean out regardless of where we are in our walk. A thank you for keeping it real Curtis.

Your passover videos appeared on my feed today, and I'm pleasantly surprised they address the many questions I have in mind for years. I always didn't feel right about the lavish & lengthy meals that come with the Seder and I asked the same question, "What about the poor? Are the appointed feasts of Yah only for the rich?" And I was convicted to go with just the three elements at home. Thank you for addressing all these points, plus the toaster! It's humbling to know Holy Spirit does speak and lead when we desire the truth.

Shabbat shalom I thank you for this message some years ago I left my church because my pastor put up a Christmas tree and I told him that I was against the scriptures he called me crazy I grew up for the most part in Temple I'm black so anyway I left temple soccer singing the choir in the Baptist Church when I saw that Christmas tree I refused to go in to the church and I left and I started studying I started studying that David didn't have a star he had a shield I started studying that God didn't call a color of people he called a nation of people I started studying I can't celebrate the feast of festivals and Shabbat correctly because I have no instruction my mother and father have passed away they left a book but I don't get it and the more I study the more I'm afraid even now though I know the measure up is a daily walk I so appreciate you for giving instruction on unleavened bread cuz I really didn't get it but I do know symbols and symbolisms and Proverbs and parables and songs and thank you for explaining that may the most high YAH keep you and bless your family survive salon by the way I live in California

What you are saying about the Seder is true. I am watching this a week after the Passover, and I am thinking of how sad it is that we are merrymaking and eating instead of fasting and reclining over a sumptuous meal rather than eating roasted lamb with bitter herbs in haste.

My big shock was a few months ago when I needed to tip over a recliner. Even though I've cleaned under and around the cushions, a SHOCKING amount of stuff came out - pens, crayons, whole almonds, paper clips, buttons, coins, and of course a lot of crumbs. (So this preparation day, I made sure to tip over both my recliners and my loveseat as well.) I think there is a spiritual lesson here about leaven being found where you may least expect it and He'll bring it out in its time. Praise YHWH for His perfect Lamb to atone for all our sin!

Hello- i just discovered your channel and listened to part one “the Passover” - it was your title about the ‘leaven’ that intrigued me… I think that some of your points are scripturally spot on… yet I have a few questions
    1. Why do you resist using the full name of the Almighty creator, YaHuWaH- Elohim is plural - eloah is singular and still only means ‘a mighty one’
    2. Why do you meet for Shabbat on a Gregorian calendar Saturday- when YaHuWaH does not follow or endorse anyone’s time piece
    3. Why do you promote sun down to sun down Shabbat?
** in Bereshit 1 verse 14 YaHuWaH gives us the 3 witnesses for understanding the days years and seasons - (the sun, the moon with the stars)…
I am confused that some your understanding of scripture is solid but you’re promoting practice and teaching of seventh day Adventist which by your own study pt 1 is mothered by the seat and head of Rome and harlot church…
Finally- Yeshua (masoretic codex) he our only teacher messiah says he comes in his fathers name… Yah will never equate with yesh
    YaHuWaH and (not is) YaHuSHuA
I believe that love promotes calling each other out (admonishing) one another in love…
I am only asking and encouraging you to look at these questions in light of the Ruach of YaHuWaH
    Shalom!

Could you please answer me concerning the spiritualness of serving leaven bread instead of serving unleavened bread during the "The Lord's supper" in our church services'. When we have the "The Lord's Supper" in our church several times a year. I am truly bothered by the "Remembrance of Jesus Christ of his blood and flesh and using leaven bread in this remembrance instead of unleavened. To me it has to have a spiritual meaning to it.

Apologies if i was not clearer in the teaching. Our Faith is the Torah if you understand who the 'House of Israel' truly is. That we fall short of the Torah...this is why He paid the ultimate price. As stated in the Brit (New Testament) our transgression of this is what was nailed to the ancient 'Tav' (cross') not the Torah itself. In fact...anything else simly does not even make Biblical sense. In other words...the True Faith in regards to the great plan of His Redemption has its foundation in Torah but we require His sacrifice becuase we fall short of it. My Jewish brothers and sisters like to make it one or the other...but the true Faith bibically is actually both. I hope that makes sense. May the Father protect you and His Ruach guide you always.
