Thank God for your mental and physical well-being. So true to take care of oneself...I've been preaching this for a while now. I'm not compromising on my mental, physical and spiritual health and that means cutting out anything otherwise, without apology. This year has been a tough one but full of lessons learned, and yes God has always come through even through the wilderness experience.
I re-echoe your submission that there's nothing real about social media, infact if it seems too real then chances are that greater efforts has been made to give it that appearance.

Marina, thank you so much for this. I can perfectly relate about the health aspect. I was down from June till last week. Took all manners of tests, yet all came negative. I could relate when you were talking about the rollercoaster of emotions during the waiting period. At the end of the day, just last week God took over my health and I'm perfectly fine.
Life indeed can never be predicted.

Thank you so so much my Ugep wife for sharing. I had same scare ten years ago and the weeks I waited to get results of the test were actually the longest but everything turned out negative. Since then I have been an advocate of every girl and woman must go for Pap smear and also take the HP vaccine. May God help us all.
