    Understand Brain Waves for Effective Healing: Alpha (7-14 Hz) and Theta (4-8 Hz) states are ideal for emotional reprogramming and deep meditation, respectively, as they enhance the healing process. (02:09 - 02:59)
    Special type of deep Breathing Techniques to Induce Alpha State, to shift from Beta to Alpha brain waves.     The emotion code book must read
    Healing by mind - mind waves- affirmation, eft - beta brain wave - then results are not good but when alpha waves are there- maximum results by affirmations and eft.
    When in meditation then we are in delta brain waves- deep inhalation by nose and exhalation by mouth- 5 times- anxiety will be less or reduced.
