Dell charger fluctuates between 9V and 16V when it is not connected to the Dell laptop. But it outputs 19V when it is connected to the Dell laptop and this is because MAX2850 chip inside the charger.
@@BirVoltElektronika thank you sir but why this chip cause this fluctuation when laptop not connected to the charger. Is this normal doing or there is defect in this chip or charger......and thanks for everything.....good
@@dhiahhadi in a disconnected Dell charger fluctuation is normal. Reason for that is that there is a code in that chip and it talks (MIMO - multiple input and output) to KBC controller of the laptop thought the central pin, and KBC says to him, 'hey, I'm a Dell laptop, let 19V come out' and it stops to pull down the output and lets 19V go to laptop.

Sir please I will be grateful for you if you gave me circuit diagram for max2850 that have 8 legs not that false appearing on you start searching on the web (4ghz transmitter) .I searched about it but no results and this happened with me on no diagram for my charger model da90pm111 .I'm sorry to bother you
