@@owentanner4913 If you're talking about the bat Negan got from Brandon and or used when he was a Whisperer, Negan never called that bat Lucille 2 but he kept it anyway since Barbwire coated baseball bats are his signature weapon.
Instead of bringing back classic lucille I think they should have given negan a metal bat with spikes on it. Kinda like an upgraded lucille. Thought it would be cool

Negan is doing this to protect Herschel, not for his old glory. He confronted his old self in “Here’s Negan” and he’s not regressing. Although I’m sure the plot will make us think he’s regressing.
