    Usually you have anxiety bc you dont believe that you can do something about the situation. Ifs and parts therapy actually helps you to talk to and validate the part of you in that story and it helps you 'let go' of those parts without ignoring them

    ty grew up in hostile env/ ... when i had my child i realized what a toxic family i really had my gparents were beautiful ... life is like wheat u throw away the bad part make beautiful bread out of the good ...

    I have this block, constriction, pain, mountain of stone in my heart a lot especially when home with my family. I’ve tried sooooo much to heal this. I’m starting to think it might be anxiety that needs to be soothed instead of trauma that needs to be healed. Do you have any ideas about this?

    A keto diet may help the tinnitus go away over time. I'm sorry you're dealing with that.
