My hair reduced falling after I did these things. I used natural hair masks like avocado and yogurt. I avoided brushing my hair when it was wet to prevent it from breakage. Once a week, I massaged my scalp with hair oil. I cleansed my hair 1-2 times a week with liitllextra coconoin shampoo.

Cooking కి coconut oil వాడండి sun flower oil, groundnut oil వాడకూడదు. కొబ్బరి నీళ్లు తాగండి weekly twice. పచ్చికొబ్బరి తినండి బాగా. Fish తినండి లేదా omega 3 capsules వాడండి weekly once or twice. Whatever he said, it was all right and I can relate to it seriously. I didn't use minoxidil because if you use it, you've to use it for lifetime. But I've tried PRP multiple times and it's worth it.
My recommendation is- go for PRP and use derma roller every alternate day for hair growth.

I had been used minoxidil+ finasteride nearly 14 months + two prp in expenses of more than 20k.
