Definitely a lot better than skill cap. Fantastic instruction video. Very clear and a lot of detail which I wanted to know. The guy knows what he's talking about. He doesn't rush the talking so I can understand him. Skill cap always hard to fallow because kids always rush it and sometimes they using their own words. Skill cap was very unclear what they are on about. Let them learn from you. Please do more videos on resto shamans and you have my thanks.

It shears your focus target, if you don't have a target focused, it shears your current target. If you also have a focus macro and a mouse over focus macro and are able to use them properly, it really takes your performance to the next level. This stuff is getting old though, i'll be making an updated guide for MoP when it comes out.

Nice videos, my friend. I do almost everything you said but i cant even reach 2k.. I think my teammates are not as much dedicated as I am. Your shadowpriest gives you some REALLY nice leaps of faith to save you and I cant see that so much at my shadowplay.. Seriously.. Im doing what you are saying and we are having one HORRIBLE time against general Cleaves.. Shadowpriest is focused and dies fast mostly of time.. Any tips?
Your armory ? Can't find any good looking spec to me, I'd like to see yours. So many different choices that are disaproved by the different shamans, I don't know what to pick ! Each time I see something looking really good, guides say no, while I really think " wtf ? so dumb, ofc yes ". That's why I wanna see your armory/spec ;)
Is there a problem with using focused insight? there is absolutely nothing wrong with it, i use it and im a 2500 shaman, Cdew uses it and he's probably the best shaman in the world right now..

Dominos for the bars, totemtimers for all the shaman specific stuff, omniCC for the timers. Those are the big ones.

that's the default blizzard raid frames, you can customize them from the Interface menu, under the "raid profiles" option

Focus insight is not mandatory, some great shamans don't play with it. However I'd recommend it to anyone healing arenas for the first time.
