    Nice, really enjoy your videos. In the large pots the videos describe both as gravy. Are they the same or different?

      The two big pots you see are the same curry main based gravy. Mainly made of onions and a mixture of vegetables 🙂

    Looks very tasty! I never knew so much sugar or even coconut went into tikka masala.

      It is tasty 🤤. That's why it's sooooooo popular 😁. It tastes similar to a bounty without the chocolate.

    Chef, can we know whats a Masala sauce ? Is it Tikka gravy ?

      @@SanaatanSatyaHai that's right. The masala sauce (main sauce) is a curry gravy side dish that comes with the Tikka Main courses.

    What’s the ‘service sauce’ consist of

      @Chef2866 mainly onions, tomatoes and the mixed spices. It's slow cooked, so the onions are super soft 😊

      @@ayechef Yeh thought so, I do a similar thing myself, I cook mixed powder, garlic puree and tom paste in oil, add water, cook it slowly till all water evaporates, retain the oil to use for curries, then the paste left behind I add to small diced onions with a few other bits, cook down slowly and then use these as service onions.

      @Chef2866 it makes life so much easier when the orders start rushing in. Also it gives the dishes that extra bit of flavour. Keep up the good work bro 🤛🙏
