That's because people in party finder are entitled cry babes. I've delt with so many people who don't seem to understand what a farm is. Because after 2 or 3 wins people quit or something magical comes up suddenly. Or my favorite they get the mount drop and quit.

I tried this boss the other day. We kept dying at the 4:00 minute mark on thus video. I couldn't understand it. I kept dying and everyone else lived. But the part after that (the almighty push what I call it) was death for all. We'd land where we need but he wipes everyone out immediately
I just had the same experience, and if you were dying in that portion, it's likely that you were getting clipped by the donut AoE, meaning you moved out too early. If you lived past that, then you could have only been killed by an overlapping spread AoE. I also had trouble with the point-blank version, and came back here to confirm where the AoE ends. It ends at the circle you can see on the platform, so you can use that as a guide. Also, if it's the point-blank, you need to move toward a corner *while* dodging the second half-room cleave, not after it, as the point-blank comes out almost immediately afterward. I think this is the main reason why I kept getting clipped while others didn't. As for the 'almighty push'... if anyone is dead during that, then there won't be enough people in the towers to resolve the mechanic unless the person who died is immediately raised and can very quickly get to the tower missing a player. This mechanic is more or less testing whether everyone was able to clear the previous one without deaths. Hope this helps out, and good luck getting a clear!

Saaaaame. Azdaja rhymes with Gaia! I feel so silly for being triggered by it and another popular guide has the creator mispronouncing it as well. XD That being said, despite the mispronunciation, I am very grateful for the time and effort the FFXIV creators spend to bring us these amazing video guides. I wouldn't have the confidence to PF without them.

I'm sorry but even with the video I don't understand somethings. First off I never made it past the tower part. I'm told not to go to towers. We wipe. Then they say go to opposite tower. We wipe then I get told wrong tower. I see 2 towers where we stack and am ultimately confused
I should add people post Marco which I don't understand and no one explaind. All I see is random letters and numbers. Like I understand the class letter meanings and the north south east and west stuff but all the other letters I don't understand
@@kuchiku-kanzo759 For the towers mechanic as Melee DPS, you'll want to get pushed into a North corner. Tower corner if you don't have the flare marker; Empty corner if you have the flare marker.

Hope you’ve cleared but wanted to help. Overall you will need to understand the markers. You will have a clock position, a light part assignment and a partner for the circles for void star dust. During the meteor phase DPS will target the north side. If you get assigned a meteor as DPS, drop it in the empty zone in the north. If you don’t have meteor you will need to get pushed into the northern tower. The assignments during the meteor phase will be random. Good luck!
Love ya, Mizzteq, but my favorite thing is Azdaja has been pronounced by multiple characters for like 3 patches (and at least once in the 6.0 MSQ) and you didn't pick up on the pronunciation. The J is more of a Scandinavian J, making it a Y, like the J in Jarl being Yarl (a Nordic word for a king). Az-die-ya is the closer pronunciation. There's no hate here. Just pointing out what amuses me when people mispronounce names after hearing them. I have been a victim of this my whole life, when I tell people my last name, then they see it written, and then favor what they see written with English pronunciation rules over the ones for the Gaelic origin.

If you want to get technical about it, the Japanese version's spelling makes pretty clear the correct pronunciation. While you're mostly right, the "z" in this case is actually pronounced like a "j". So it's アジュダヤ, pronounced "ah-ju-dah-yah".
