What I'm looking for in the next patch? Hopefully something that will get me back into Tarkov, because I'm currently not planning to play the next wipe/patch. The current state of Tarkov is unacceptable for me. Sadly I lost all hope for BSG to make Tarkov great again.
Shoreline just needs to be slightly smaller and a couple more things in the map to loot and/or go to. Right now it’s mainly a desolate wasteland of boringness
@@Boegey I would look at overclocking your ram with XMP but this game will stutter on every setup. It's really badly optimized and I have switched to hunt showdown where it runs perfect
it always blew my mind that BSG didnt add a shader value to each of the eyewears. Welder glasses destroying the effectiveness of flashlights and reducing the aura of the lense. and basic safety glasses doing nothing. glasses already have a flash effectiveness. why not add shader to an item you already have given one vision benefit too!?!
Putting level 70 into perspective within tarkov. It takes 2,500,000 xp to go from level 69 to level 70. When you reach level 41, you will have a total xp of 2,538,699. This means getting from level 69 to level 70 is nearly the same as going from level 1 to level 41.
@Ollav2k most I got to was 48, and at that point I was pretty over it for a few months haha, woke up and realised it's just a number and it wipes anyway so who cares
I hit around 50-55 each wipe and i get burnt out lol. I dont see how people can keep playing once you have everything unlocked and 100m roubles, theres no enjoyment for me at that point. This is why wipes matter so much for me.
Same, I actually really enjoy the rework and think the map feels super big now.. if they could rework anything I’d say rework the container side behind big red. There’s no reason to go there except to extract
I havent played for like 2.5 months but, I hope the performance update is impactful. I know I dont have the best PC, 1660ti 24 gb ram and I couldnt run streets really at all. Was so stutter, frame rate drops, lag, everything. But my buddies with a 1660ti and only 16 gb of ram ran it PERFECTLY FINE. Uninstalled the game, cleaned my pc, followed tutorials on how to get it fixed and nothing worked. I had sooo many quests on streets and I couldnt even play the map
With my old PC i seemed to have the same issue but on lighthouse before streets was released I did have 16gb of ram at the time but the quality of the ram (mhz) was fairly poor updating the ram and slapped an M.2 fixed my problem and loading speed. Tarkov is ram heavy, got 64 gb ddr5 5200 mhz and streets eats about 27gb of ram for me anyways. Kinda ridiculous. I do have stuff running in the background tho
@@BlackoutY16 My game runs perfectly fine on every other map, while streaming 3 peoples game and have like 5 youtube tabs open. Its literally just streets that does it to me. Completely ruined the vibe last wipe as by lvl 40 i basically had 15 streets quests I couldnt do lol
Alright I'm convinced. Too many people that are generally pretty pessimistic about the schedules in tarkov are just out of nowhere "oh wouldn't it just be crazy if we got arena tomorrow???". I'll be waiting optimistically.

You know what would be cool? Counter strike in tarkov. Maybe as a game mode for arena or a different gamemode entirely You're given a certain amount of money each round, and with that money you purchase kits. Then as a team, you try to complete objectives while the others hold those objectives. One team would be tasked with planting a bomb and detonating it. The other teams task would be to hold those bomb sites. Nothing gained or lost on your account. Just a fun gamemode
Flashlights should be nerfed? You life in the gun country , ask some friends of they can blind you with an weapon light… it’s pretty accurate imo. We use a few different versions from 800-1200 lumen it’s strong enough for blinding ppl also at daytime up to 20m.
Arena is NOT coming any time soon. It has never even made it to the ETF, so it's unlikely it will make it to sudden release. Moreover, it doesn't work in the current version of Unity, so without a Unity upgrade, Arena ain't gonna make it. I think it much more likely that they start the podcast with "Well, servers are down, we are installing a wipe now". Map updates (for many maps) may happen if they start to implement the appearing / disappearing loot crates and such. It would be a huge, huge, huge update to any map to have the loot locations changed (even slightly) and the distributions of loot changed. I could see Interchange getting an update, again even if it is just pushing some things around in the interior, taking down some boarded up areas, boarding up other areas, and generally making the flow different. Creating extracts in the dead corner of the map (end of the road at the Oli end and end of the train tracks behind SCAV land) would also be a big step - even if they are just SCAV extracts. Give people a reason to visit all of the map. Move the cars around in the parking, shift the shipping containers around, and so on... just make it different. Streets certanly has expansion coming... it is tied however to Unity etc as it will need to add a bunch of new players and NPCs to make the game playable. Streets is suppose to be huge, and the tech is needed to support it.
So you are telling me that the pvpve game that has arguably the worst cheater problems in all of gaming, has a new mode that they are selling separately that is just pvp, and we are supposed to believe that’s it’s almost ready to be released?!?!?! I’m not the smartest feller on the farm, but even I know that broken plus broken does not equal fixed.
As a solo player the only thing i want is fixed audio. Otherwise my solo career is severly hampered and frustrating. =)

Thats due to a memory keak, restart your game after 2 raids
sounds like you need to tweak ya stuff.
You're GPU bottlenecked for sure i get 140+ fps with 5800x3d and 3080ti

I mean i got to 42 in 340 raids, in 35 days of the wipe. It's easily doable. But playing that much for that long is asking for burnout

My guess is they announce area release but the wipe will not be until winter. They need to wipe when NEEDED not when everyone cries out for one.

They did in the very beginning, but then they missed a deadline and the community flipped their shit.
After that they stopped giving dates.
