I live in Vancouver, canada and I am planning to set up a marketing agency for real estate agents in both U.S & Canada as this is a niche I am personally interested in and something I can see myself working long hours in. As of September 2024, do you think this is a good niche to get into? Since 2016, I am hearing that USA is on the brink of the worst recession ever but as we all know it hasn’t happened. So I am wondering if opening a marketing agency for realtors is a good idea right now. I would really appreciate your advice, thanks!
There are a lot of great AI tools out there, but to get them all - or even getting just a small number of them - costs a lot of money. It is hard to narrow them down to just 1 or 2 to get (to avoid going bankrupt by getting them all).
