I made a cake because I don't have a cupcake tin and didn't add the frosting because I didn't have all the ingredients - and I definitely wanted to eat something sweet. 🙂 I let it cool for an hour. It is very nice and for some extra sweet taste, I spread some honey on top of the cake slice. Agave syrup is perfect too. Thank you for the lovely and easy idea! ♥️

The lemon &cinnamon ones were tasty too. Next batch will be chocolate mint. Nom. Lasagne bake take2 turned out well, cooked the aubergines and courgettes for longer this time and deffo made a difference. Thanks again. 💚💜💚

Is the almond flour, that you use reguargly like really almond flour (which is defatted) or just really finely ground almonds? Your recipes look amazing!
You should be able to create a blend of coconut and almond flour. The texture would be slightly finer and less crumbly (if that's what you prefer). I haven't tried coconut flour only, but by all means make half a batch and see if you like the result.

The brand I'm using regularly is here: www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07VHSCN44/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Any brand that is labelled as "almond flour" is most likely partially or fully deoiled/defatted. They should all work fine with this recipe.
@@HeavenlyFan Just wanted to update you on how it went; I used chia seeds instead, 2.5 tbsp water per tbsp of chia seed. It worked well. The cupcakes are super delicious! Almost a little too good, haha! Since I've been craving something like this for some time, I ended up eating too much :) Thanks for the recipe.

You can replace the coconut cream with vegan yoghurt (find the thickest you can).

Does the batter require an acid for the chocolate like apple cider vinegar or white vinegar to be lighter?
Baking powder contains acid so you don't need vinegar. But you may need to add a bit more coconut cream to replace the liquid content.

Have you ever tried date powder or paste as a natural sweetener
I use sugar alternative because I’m on keto. You can use any sweetener of your choice if carb count is not an issue.

You can replace coconut cream with vegan yoghurt. But make sure the yoghurt is nice and thick.
9 Tbls isn’t that about 1/4 cup?
There are 16 tablespoons in 1 cup. 9 tablespoons is 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon.
