Ingredients for mini pizza:
- 250g meat, any semi-prepared;
- 100g bacon, or any other cold cuts you want;
- 250-300g cheese;
- 1 small red onion;
- 1/2 kapia pepper;
- 1 pack of puff pastry;
At the end, brush with egg yolk, mixed with 1g of salt and two tablespoons of milk.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C., for 15-20 minutes.
