The camera movement stuff always makes these next level! I feel like it's really innovative in ASMR content, especially the massage and chiro stuff which is often the most traditional. I guess I can see how some might think it'd be too risky to make the camera noise, but really all the sounds in this video are amazing. I'm surprised no one is trying to copy cat that technique yet, but really it's a next level innovation in my opinion. In Nonsense news though, I'm surprised YT had me miss the notification squad on this video, I only first watched it yesterday. I'm a little bit annoyed about it, YT should know I am in the Athletic ASMR fan club!

Along with the cervix, 'cervical' also refers to the neck, specifically the cervical spine, the neck part of your spine made up of seven vertebrae, which is what he is cracking in the video. The clavicle is the collarbone, which doesn't (to my knowledge) connect to your neck or cervical spine at all.
