Every channel is not as good as a DTH services. Please kindly understand the concept here. There are providing the channels through the OTT platform and this does not provide you free content. I have installed the Jio fiber service in Bangalore city and the service is so hopeless that you get lot of advertisements in between, and there is lot of nonsense from the customer care who are not response. na in time of needed. The Jio company does not clarify you. The whole detail with the DTH and as well as the fiber services. I have raised a complaint with the Jio care and president of India and Department of telecommunication with this along, also mailed a copy to Mukesh Ambani stating that there is a lot of loopholes in the service provided by Jio fiber and the same has been updated. Thank you.

Worst service Internet speed has reduced to 10 MBps and after raising multiple requests for almost a month they close themselves…….the engineer comes and restarts the router and goes away without fixing the issue ……Better check with ur neighbours and the entire street which Internet provider they are seeing and go for it accordingly

I did a big mistake taken this jio airfiber. service is horrible technician don't have a proper knowledge and to configure OTT channels first days came one person configure for Netflix some fake I'd & i complete manager doesn't bother this kind of employee spoil company name & i work from home not even upload files keep on buffering.
