Yes, I am stocking more than usual this year! I've been to Sams & Aldi this week, going out again today. I have a lot. I still feel unprepared for what is to come. You are not alone in that feeling.Plus the ports may go on strike Tuesday. They are not even talking about it on local news! Pray & prepare my friend!

I’m so happy to see that you are stocking up again after vacation. I’m not trying to sound pessimistic but there could be a possible union strike that will impact the east coast. This will cause major shortages and prices to go up. I believe by Monday we will know. It was going to occur if a deal couldn’t be reached for the workers on pay. I’ve been seeing things about this. So i’ve been having a hard time finding dried beans( even at Sam’s and Costco) so last night I put a small order of several dried beans varieties and some powdered milk through Azure. After that it’s up to the good Lord to keep us through. We have been stocking for a while now and although nothing would shock me, good or bad, the provision is up to him. My hubby says prepare for the worst and hope for the best. I actually thought about emailing you and telling you. You might have already heard. We go through so much food and toiletries too and I know you do. Shortages are nothing we haven’t dealt with but it’s good to know you don’t have to worry too much about having extras on hand. I LOVE Costco! Buying spices in the grocery kills me now because you can get a huge size from Costco so much cheaper! I always try to hold out on buying things until I can get there. Those ramen noodles are delicious to make chicken or shrimp lo mein! That’s one meal that everyone here will eat. Hope you’re having a great birthday!!
I cut the coconut water with orange juice. It helps with the flavor and gives you a vitamin c boost. You could use any juice. Also, adding sea salt or Redmond real salt helps with the electrolytes. You only need to add 1/4 teaspoon. 💜

Becuz we are challenging ourselves as a month is easy peasy these days. We will start oct 1st. We celebrated 31st anniversary on the 25th so we are headed to Missouri to sams club Saturday! 😂

Hi you can use the tumeric with a piece of ginger bring it to a boil then add sugar and milk to your taste .it's a delicious cup of tea for inflammation ."tumeric tea " it works u can look it up if u like

Good morning Tiffany you can put tumeric in tea as well I have alot of inflamation as well and I put tumeric in everything, soups put tumeric in it. It doesn't have a big flavor at least to me so i put it in spaghetti sauce wherever I can hide it. I sm sitting here watching your video and eating those sweet potato chips they are so good aldi also has them I haven't tried the aldi ones yet. I also have been eating the dried mangos Layla and I are very much the same. I want to try those cashew clusters and that granola and I love the harvest snaps and I need to try the heavenly hunks noy sure if I can have them right now I am currently on the autoimmune protacal diet and I can't have dairy, gluten, eggs, some nuts, seeds, sugar, rice, beans, oats. I will be glad when I can add rice back because then I can have gluten free things. Glad your back and getting back to regular routine and also I am stocking up before the election. The chicken tenders are very good. You got out of Florida just in time. It’s a mess down here. I have first responders who are in Pinellas county. Not a direct hit but flooding and wind damage.
I cried for the people of Taylor County but it's terrible all the way up along the coast.
Between thw election and the damage, helene did plus the ports i could shop daily also and still not be ready

The Ramen has no flavor so you will want to add whatever spices you like. I usually cook in chicken broth (or whatever broth) and add spices for a soup. Our favorite is to use it as stir fry using whatever leftover meat we need to use up.
I feel you about stocking up my husband is deployed and said the same thing to get prepared,so that is what I have been doing . Can you please tell me what gummys your husband takes for inflammation I have that so bad and can't seem to get it under control! We did not care for the real good chicken nuggets
If you have a dollar general then that's where the best place to get it because it has black pepper which helps with absorption. It's like 10 bucks and it's called rexall in the vitamin section. Hope that helps ❤.

Sorry i posted before the video ended. The chicken strips are really good air fried. Dont buy the nugget version in this brand they have a after taste.
