بعدها تاثیر یخ رو توضیح بده. خیلی جالب بود
یخ باعث میشه شوک حرارتی به گردو وارد بشه در حین پخت و روغنش بهتر و بیشتر آزاد بشه
چرا زیر ظرف رو با روغن چرب کردی؟ 🤔
چون گمج نو بود باید قبل از حرارت آماده میشد
