@ yeah there’s a lot of wind tunnels in Leeds. It sometimes feels like a completely different climate in certain areas! Yes you can’t beat an Uber. My son is one of their best customers lol 😂 I’m pleased I’ve made you smile😀 The weather must be bleak in your neck of the woods again today… I’ve been watching YT videos of planes trying to land at LBA! Xx
@melonycrumpet It does! Huddersfield is like that too. I only started getting them recently but you can get them anywhere you are so it's not like a local chain and have a photo and know who your driver is and car they have. Yeah it's been on and off, rain, sleet, thunder - snow. It's very windy. Oh I wouldn't want to be a passenger, I would be relived if diverted to Manchester atleast it's a little better... 😅💗
@@reecyvidz In New York, it's the opposite. The steel skeleton erector guys like the space afforded them buy not having the central core concrete guys in their way. So the central concrete core is always poured 4 or 5 stories behind.

I barely recognise it from when I stopped working there 15 years ago. It looks just like anywhere else, tall blocks of expensive apartments.
Why do skyscrapers in England always have their central cores built up way in advance of the rest of the building?
