  • Grant Sperry attempts to become the oldest person to do the WURL at age 59. The WURL or Wasatch Ultimate Ridge Linkup is a roughly 36 mile long trail along the ridges of Little Cottonwood Canyon near Salt Lake City, Utah. After months of training, Grant starts the long journey of summiting peaks and climbing along ridges to accomplish his goal.

Getting atop Lone was a big relief even though I had the notch to descend still.

Someone please exain to me I know I watch this guy litter a banana peel under a rock on the mountain. But there's no way he would just put that on RUclips right? (and don't even-anyone who spends any time in the wilderness knows you take EVERYTHING out)

I kept hoping the video would end with him getting back to the rock and grabbing the peel like "just joking!"
I spend so much time on these exact mountains and there's like multiple reasons I've always been told, God everyone has, leave no trace. But mainly I don't want the fucking BEARS to get a taste for our damn trash.
