Wouldn't be that hard, Ikea sell small fishbowls and cocktail glasses, Grass skirts you can purchase online and in most card or fancy dress shops, The banana leaves you can purchase from most fake flower stores and other flowers you can buy from you're supermarket and you can also make the food that they served! I live in the uk!
