I believe that in the current situation it is necessary to use the G41 tool radius compensation. Is this something I didn't understand or the workpiece profile is not important.
Hello, I will make a part like this. G71 or G73 sphere outer large diameter will be 77, small diameter will be 56 Z-36, 10 MM. Could you please share the program I will work with a radius tool?
G73 is useful when turning in both X & Z axis, whereas G71 turns in Z axis only for turning operations and G72 turns in X axis only for facing operations. G73 is pattern repeating, meaning you can turn in both the X and the Z axis simultaneously.

You're correct if you want the part to actually be on size.
Hello sir
Knurling ka program banavana hai kya aap bana sakte hai

Too much cycle time, i rather have it turned in a straight line leaving behind enough material for the finising pass.

I was trying G71 and G72 with no success.
I'll try this one as well.
What is your issues with G71 & G72?
I may make some tutorial videos myself to teach this.
