Great review. I rebought all three of these recently mostly for nostalgia and my love of the bike mermaid designs. I remember the crushing disappointment when it was revealed that we had waited a whole year to see the third Arcee sister and it was only a repaint :( Not only a repaint but a repaint of the LESS accurate figure mold in an inaccurate color! Well it only took ten years but hasbro has finally heard my cries and we're getting proper studio series bikes soon. Yay!
Yup, that's primarily for vehicle mode to have the stand ontop of their (Chromia's and Elita-1's) seats acting as mounted cannons. AND you can attach the stands to their right forearms, as well.
I see the HFTD line as part of the rotf movie, as not only it had retools and repaints from rotf and had figure that also appeared on the movie, it is also part of the rotf timeline.
I remember being so disappointed with Hasbro for not following through on the Sisters' combiner form. I didn't really care about them scrapping the idea for the movie but at least give us the toy version :/

So over the past year I've grown a vast collection of studio series Transformers what I've noticed and kinds ticks me off tbh is that the deceptions vastly outnumber the autobots and the only real way to even em out is getting more of the same autobot Ex bumblebee and optimus idk if its just kinds me that it bothers but I'm looking forward to all the new studio series autobots that are coming

And of course if you look at generationone and this is usually the case with other Transformers media Elita-one one is portrayed as a love interest for Optimus Prime

Up until the screen-accurate design which was released for the new Studio Series version of Elita One, there was only one other figure of her that was made for the Revenge of The Fallen line, and it was cancelled. It was part of a special four figure set called "Shanghai Showdown", which would have included three Legend Class figures of Arcee, Chromia and Elita One and one Deluxe Class Figure of Sideways. Now, in regards to the Legend Class figures of Arcee, Chromia and Elita One.....They were designed to scale with the Deluxe Class line, and each had the proper vehicle mode and color. But, due to the lateness of their scheduled release, the waning interest in the ROTF line and Hasbro's growing desire to move on to the next series' line, this set, and all other figures in its wave, as I said before, were scrapped.

Then again, from what I understand, he hated Arcee as a character, so I imagine that explains the minimal effort he put into the character......Just like he hated the Dinobots, not understanding why they would have the forms they had. (Shows his lack of familiarity with the source material, doesn't it?) He only put them in when he was pressured to by Hasbro and Paramount due to their popularity. And......look what he did to them.......
From what I understand, Michael Bay hated the character, so he put little effort into using her or her sisters, and killed them off as soon as he could......
Also, Arcee was originally slated to appear sooner.....In fact, her landing site in the first movie would've been at the house with the pool. The little girl would've woken up, gone outside, seen Arcee climbing out of the pool and asked her if she was the Tooth Fairy. However, again, like I said, Michael Bay *hated* the character, and on top of that, GMC approached Paramount and Hasbro, asking them to sponsor the Topkick. So, Arcee was scrapped, Ironhide was added to the film and her landing site was made Ironhide's, leading to the question about him being the Tooth Fairy not making any sense, because it's not even a joke that was written around him! They had some nice concept art for her, which inspired her figure in the first movie's line.......
You know, I look forward to the "Deluxe" 3 pack of these from the SS; but ugh... these figures were garbage. The character designs are bad, the colors are dumb, and the glyphs are just dumb.
im sorry, but i just feel like these robot modes are just ugly. i dont think they match the movie versions nearly enough . maybe arcee more than the others, but even she is bulky and kibbly. not to mention their transformations are so clunky and floppy. i dont think they would be ANY fun to transform.

I prefer the MV1 design of Arcee more than this. These would work better as Cycle Drone type of characters.
