I am so thrilled with the detailed color analysis you just did for me. I knew your work would be superb because of your excellent videos. You are so professional!!
I was actually analyzed as a spring way back in the 80s when Color analysis first became popular. I think I am a good example of how our season often does not change as we age.
I was thinking on getting a pink nail polish as a mute summer. I added a greyish pink one to my cart and then saw this video. My intuition hasn't failed!
The previous year, I started doing pictures of my nails to see what colours I was reaching for the most and what suited me and I continue to do this. I hadn’t worn nail polish for years and wanted to feel better about myself. I started realising that muted colours, frosty colours and beiges, taupes and very neutral pale shades made my fingers look dead. I suit bright reds, hot pinks, warmer pinks, mint greens and cinnamon. Some colours also looked cheap on me and I haven’t had my colours analysed but I think I’m a Spring. Good video 😊
I see these seasonal things all the time, but I never saw one for nails before. The tips of my fingers do not have enough color space to wash me out. I wear what I like. I also don't dress to look my prettiest at all times. I dress to express myself and I love happy colors. I have no idea what season I am but I don't really care. If a color washes me out to the point of making me look sick (looken at you light and grayed out blue purple) I do avoid that for shirts, but not little things like nails.
@@maryellenottman4308 To spread the word of how it doesn't work. Basically trying to help people to save their money and not get taken. Why did you think?
I believe that each of us have colors that look better against our skin. Some people can discern this for themselves and they are very happy doing so. Other people, like me, need some help. This lady is one of the best. People can watch her videos for free and glean some information or they can pay for an excellent service. It's all according to what you want.
Great video(s)! I think I'm a True Autumn, and I love pink but always thought pink nails looked really off on me. Pink in general isn't great on me, but I live with it due to pink looking so nice in itself :D
Nice video! I'm a nail polish enthusiast, and just put up a video on some basic color theory for nail polish (warm vs. cool colors). However, I'm not trained in color analysis, so I didn't take it into this level of detail. Good info!
@@CayennePepper15 I believe that I know the system you’re referring to. For each season they divide colors into tones, tints, shades plus the pure sub season. If that’s the case then toned summer would be closest to muted/soft summer. However, I would have to see the color palette they use, I imagine it’s different to the one I would recommend.

Happy to help, Mary!
Which result did you receive?
I am a true spring.

Your videos have helped me embrace my colour pallette and take it to the next level

If you feel this way, I would be curious why you wasted your time watching this video.

This explains why my favorite nail combo is light yellow gold with a glitter polish on top 😅 Guess the season!
Thank you ❤❤❤
Great advice!!!! Thank you!! xoxoox

Where can I get a swatch like yours?
May I ask you, someone said I was a toned summer, is that the same as true summer or is it closer to soft summer?

0:35 How do you go into different rooms that are painted in an unflattering color for you? That must be tough.
