Over the years (I'm 70) I've learned that having a waist/hip strap on your pack will relieve your shoulders from feeling the weight. The shoulder straps maintain balance. I travel with 3 packs (carry-on, personal item, and a foldable ultra-light day pack) and all have waist straps. I navigate airports very easily, and can carry them a good distance. A bonus, since they're squishable, I can fit them to any airline's size requirement.
100% agree on the little green fan. I bought the same one because I need air flow on an airplane but it dies so fast, you can't use it while it's charging, and propping it up was just a pain. Have since found much better options, but glad to know it wasn't just me on the fan flop.
I have a fan that looks like yours & it works great. It has 3 speeds & I even use it at home sometimes. I’ve since purchased more for family & friends.
I like rhodium-plated sterling silver for travel rings, and for other jewelry as well. It doesn't tarnish and the jewelry is really reasonably priced on eBay.
I got the portable fan and have in my bathroom fir when I putting my make-up on in case I get hot, it helps and holds my phone when I am watching RUclips while getting ready. It has 3 settings and the highest works good for me.
I like packing cubes because: It makes finding items in the bottom of my bag easier. Nothing comes un-rolled/folded when I move them to get something beneath.
The shoe compartment would be great for flat sandals or flip flops for a beach vacation, since you are likely wearing heavier shoes like sneakers on the plane.
If we are driving, I love the small “hanging bag” where you can separate and fold your clothes and hang them in the closet. I feel I need to be extra organized while traveling so I can find things.
I love the Owala bottle. I got it (as a gift) before it went viral and I have not used any of my other bottles or cups (yes, not even my Stanley) since I got it. It comes with me everywhere, everyday. It is perfect for flying. It doesn't leak, ever, and it is not too bulky.
I have that back pack and store my valuables in the shoe pocket. Much harder for things to be stolen as no one knows it is there and it isn’t easy to get into w/o being noticed.
Love your video I subscribe to it. I love your honesty. I would’ve been the same way regarding those pillows. Am I allowed to bring it out? Oh my bag so that was really cool that you said all that cause I’m a nervous wreck when I go into a flight so thank you and, I would love to go to Bora Bora but when you said there’s multiple flights and like oh I have a leg injury that’s probably not for me but thank you. Love it. Keep them coming Susie.❤
Hi! Great video! I have most of those products and I agree with a lot of your reviews. The one thing I don’t have that I always wondered about is the Shiseido sunscreen stick. Did you use it over make up? If so, how did it do?
Thank you so much!! The sunscreen stick works amazing over light makeup, like the tinted sunscreen/concealer and cream products like cream blush. I love it for the beach/pool when I’m wearing lighter make up and I’m in the sun for a long time. For days I’m wearing more makeup like a wedding, I prefer to use a setting spray with spf so I don’t risk messing up my makeup!
Bora Bora is amazing. Our flight provided blanket and pillow that were surprisingly comfy and warm. Layed my seat flat and slept. I do like that blanket pillow combo, thanks for talking about it. I'm ordering one!
There are portable fans that are great, bladeless neck fans are good, I have a few handheld ones. 2 of them double as power banks but aren’t as strong but the ones that don’t have double duty are definitely better fans. I go to conventions and I have a couple of them with me
I always wear travel rings. I’d feel so weird without my ring on my finger, so I wear them just for comfort so I don’t panic when they’re not there. I’d be so sad if my rings got stolen.
Very recently, I have been hearing that airlines are cracking down on allowing attached or worn things like travel pillows. They are calling them your personal item.
@@rachel.schmidt the best part was imagining your husband carrying it in the case like a good hubby. A good story to tell that will always remind you of the trip. Even if at the time it wasn't the smartest move you guys made memories. Thanks for sharing
I’ve been waffling between your make up bag and another that has a heat protector piece of material attached to make up bag. Use it for stying tools. Doesn’t really take up any extra weight or space.

Which backpack do you use with a hip strap? I'm looking for a personal item bag - so dimensions must be 16x12x6.
I think people can live without their Stanley for a week.
Can confirm- it is definitely not worth traveling with lol
@@rachel.schmidt I don’t know why someone would even travel on plane with the thing
They are ridiculous

You’re definitely not alone!
Mini sound machines when you have a family sleeping in one room. They aren’t perfect, but helps drown out noise of a family sleeping in one room.
Taking note of this ✍️ thank you!
You can also use a noise playlist on your phone. It helps so much.

Good idea!!
just curious, how did you feel about your hair results after 3 more months on the nutrafol? I'm still on the fence.

Agreed!! It’s definitely worth the hype!
This butttle is too wide to hold and becomes heavy to hold when you are drinking it should be made narrow
@@ocoangel05 It's perfect for me, and I do not have big hands. 🤷🏻♀ But we are all different...

Ohh yes I should have mentioned that!! The blanket/pillow they provided was amazing! I’m so glad you loved Bora Bora as much as we did!! 🥰
Or a collapsing water bottle is great❤
Great idea!!
I love your necklace!! Would you share a link for it?

Thank you for the tip!! I’ll definitely look into these ones!
We have a small usb fan. It is fantastic, runs all night.
I just came back from my trip hand carry only even a funny pack considered 1 carryon.
I love these tips. I always take a note book to take notes I always take a pop up hamper to put my dirty clothes in during my hotel stay

haha I think a portable fan with a water mister is more worth it - it actually helps you feel cooler
First time watching impressive you will go a long way
Thumbs up
Thank you so much!! This means a lot!
I love my fan like yours. I keep it beside my bed.
I’ve brought the Ever Snug pillow/blanket on numerous flights. Nobody ever blinked an eye at me.
Very recently, I have been hearing that airlines are cracking down on allowing attached or worn things like travel pillows. They are calling them your personal item.
👋 Hello!! 1st time here. Enjoyed your video💜 Waiting on that makeup bag as we speak!
Thank you!! I hope you love it! 😊
Awesome video
I laughed out loud when you mentioned the Stanley cup
lol I really looked so dumb 🤦♀️

Ohh I like the idea of a heat protector to put hot tools on!!
Love ❤ my Owala bottles!
Nobody needs that much water, on a plane especially!😂
❤❤❤❤

I miss your crazy self! Love the videos *#yutulu*
