My Dad served four years in England during WW2. He was American, but loved the United Kingdom ~ he passed that love onto me. Miss you Daddy 💔🥺🙏✨

I'm fascinated by the collaboration between the UK & USA in WW2... gobsmacked at how amazing it was, and how important it was toward victory. So amazing!

SS Automedon was a Blue Funnel Line refrigerated cargo steamship. She was launched in 1921 on the River Tyne as one of a class of 11 ships to replace many of Blue Funnel's losses in the First World War. A converted German auxiliary cruiser and merchant raider Atlantis captured and scuttled Automedon in 1940 in the Indian Ocean.[1] Her capture is notable because she was carrying top secret documents addressed to the British Far East Command. Their capture may have influenced Japan's decision to enter the Second World War.

Yanks. England is not Britain. It is England. Britain fought in WW2. That is Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Wales. There are easier ways to insult us than being ignorant. Roger that ?

According to Alexander C., the British single handedly built the mustang fighter plane and now I hear this joker say the Americans hindered the British during ww2

Boring! We know what these folks look like and they get too much face time. Provide more historical photos or video . Best of luck!

This is basically a good presentation but there's far too much "talking head" here.
