Can you do a video on the battle of Hochkirch and what happened there was holly Roman Empire forces Under Leopold Joseph von Daun and Franz Moritz von Lacy crushed the Prussian army under the command of Fredrick the great, Hanz Joachim Von Zieten, Fredrick Wilhelm Von Seydlitz and Scottish general James Francis Edward Keith who served in the Prussian army and in this battle the Holy Roman Empire outnumbered the Prussian army with 80,000 troops compared to the Prussians with 30,000-36,000 and during this battle the Holy Roman Empire lost 5,400 killed and wounded while the Prussians lost 9,400 killed wounded and captured and among the Prussian casualties was James Francis Edward Keith who was killed in action and i would like to see a video on this battle because James Francis Edward Keith was Scottish and you see I am part Scottish because my paternal grandfathers paternal grandmothers maiden name is Murray and the battle of Hochkirch was among Fredricks Greatest Blunders
Thanks for keeping up with my channel, I really appreciate it! I've been kept busy with the historical battle videos, but I will definitely try to squeeze in some time for an AIP review.
Musci softer, voice louder, please. You should not fall in the craziness of American documentaries where the music noise is so loud one cannot even hear the commentator.
most narrators in modern documentaries with their over bombastic and oversimplified babbling aren't worth listening to. Got to agree though, the sound in this video is pretty bad. Voice sounds like over a phone.
I also noticed the sound disparity (it's better in his part 2). But this guy knows what he's talking about. if you ignore the occasional lameroo joke he throws, or calling Frederick "Freddy" lol, you'll be richly rewarded. he knows a lot of relevant details. and he doesn't babble like his intro says he might lol
8:06 “Better one bad general than two good ones.”
Napoleon
Damn, that war was certainly one of the most underrated in history.
holy shit the HREs army was a real big mess. how can you be a cavalry soldier without ever having ridden a horse 😂😂
This is excellent - thank you. Today marks the 261st anniversary of the battle.
very good work, but it is a tiny bit strange that the beginning was like a powerpoint but it is the best way of showing the three armies
Loving the questions at the end of the video. Like an open ending in a movie.
