He looked much healthier here than his last interview. I real shame he past away, I miss his voice, would have loved him to do the wisconsin 20th tour.
if u have been an addict much of your life and u get older it doesn't take much to overdose easily and it can also be your own body shutting down cuz of all the years of abuse it really weakens everything especially the heart so its sad that wayne got off drugs in 09 and all he did was take pills (mixed them though) with alcohol... thats all it takes especially at 48. so sad...
He didn't overdose. He took oxy for back pain. He only had a trace amount in his system during his autopsy. Yes his prior use could have contributed to his death, but people die of heart attacks everyday who have never touched narcotics. It was just his time. Its awful and sad, but it is what it is.

Cult of Static wasn't bad at all. The band went under for various reasons... T.W. and substance abuse chief among them.
