Blue Buffalo is good stuff. I had both our dogs on that until I discovered The Farmer’s Dog. I think that’s the name. Anyways I bring this up as my Chihuahua was pretty sickly until I gave her this dogfood. Words can’t really define how much better she did on this food. I strongly recommend this now.
The gps track is following a direct path from airport to airport. The gates are following the waypoints in the Nav Log in the EFB. When you send to avionics in EFB, it doesn’t send those waypoints which is why nothing syncs up. You can manually put those Nav Log waypoints into the FLP enroute section of the G1000 on the MFD (right screen). This also lets you put altitude constraints for the arrival which will calculate a TOD allowing you to use VNAV if you wanted. It makes the career missions so much smoother, plus you can change the departure and arrival in the EFB to make more sense (just make sure to send to ATC after as that’s what updates it for the mission). Oh and I believe the altitude the mission gives you is AGL so if there’s elevation changes and you don’t adjust, you can crash which is why your first flight you got so low to the ground. Mission should give altitude based on ASL so you clear everything at a safe altitude. Hopefully they fix this.
