    great video, we are about to begin building out our Chevy express. Im curious, did you end up cutting the black mat at the front or just leave it ? I find it it takes up quite a bit of floor space. Thanks for any info.

    Not sure where you live but if you are near or in the rust belt you would first use stailess tell screws to go through the floor and then treat them below with paint or rust check type product... rust is the primarary killer of cars here in Nova Scotia and I'm sure it's the same anywhere they use salt. I did my Express van floor siomilar to yours 4 years ago and now regret not doiung what I just said.
