legally police cant just go and have a 'standard procedure' searching in cars, as they can't do that without any reasonable cause, so the police basically breaking the laws of that. Or the person had the legal right to not agree of searching the vehicle:)
3:10 they find supicious items in the back and he says he is a "plumber" even tough his license came back unemployed. The mix of that might be enough probable cause
